Lemuel Lee

Lemuel possesses a deep passion for cycling and has been committed to advancing human performance and optimizing health since beginning his competitive career in 2005. Alongside his success as a rider, he has invested significant time in the field of Sports Science, applying his expertise to enhance his own training. He holds a Diploma and a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise Sciences from Republic Polytechnic and Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

Lemuel has proudly represented Singapore in high-profile competitions, including the Asian Cycling Championships and the Tour de Langkawi, and has competed on the UCI AsiaTour circuit with the OCBC Pro Continental Cycling Team. In 2011, while pursuing his education, he earned the title of National Road Champion, exemplifying the power of dedication and strategic training. He is also an NROC-registered coach.

As an exercise physiologist, Lemuel has collaborated with multidisciplinary teams of physicians, dietitians, physiotherapists, and health coaches to deliver high-quality care and manage chronic conditions. He has developed tailored programs for individuals managing chronic diseases, weight-related concerns, and athletes, drawing on his expertise in high-performance sports to approach challenges holistically. Additionally, he has delivered numerous workshops and presentations to diverse audiences in both sporting and clinical settings.
